QwikSprint is a writing productivity app that provides timed writing sessions, creative prompts, and progress tracking to help writers develop consistent writing habits. The app offers both free and premium (Pro) features.
You retain all rights to the content you create using QwikSprint. Your writing drafts, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
QwikSprint Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features for life. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play.
Pro features include unlimited daily drafts, extended timer options, all prompt difficulties, unlimited rerolls, and advanced statistics.
Refunds: All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Refund requests must be made through the respective platform according to their refund policies.
The free version of QwikSprint includes access to core writing features with daily usage limits. These limits include a maximum number of daily drafts, a daily word cap, and limited timer durations. These limits may be adjusted from time to time.
You agree to use QwikSprint only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
QwikSprint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or clearing of local storage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of QwikSprint.
The QwikSprint application, including its design, writing prompts, badge system, and functionality, is owned by Penwright Studios and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the app does not grant you any ownership rights to the application itself.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to QwikSprint at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of QwikSprint shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
