Welcome to LoreBible. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

LoreBible is a worldbuilding companion app that helps users record and organize fictional lore, characters, locations, creatures, and more. It provides local storage for creative content and optional premium features through a subscription service.

2. Information We Collect

LoreBible is designed with your privacy in mind. We follow a data-minimization approach and do not require an account to use the app.

A. Local Data

All your lore entries, characters, worldbuilding notes, stickers, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using local storage. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal creative content on external servers. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

B. Purchase Information

If you purchase Lorekeeper Pro, the transaction is processed through Google Play. We use RevenueCat as our payment infrastructure provider. We do not have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers. We only receive confirmation of your purchase status to unlock Pro features.

3. Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve the app experience. This data cannot be used to identify you personally and includes only general usage patterns such as feature popularity. No personal creative content is ever included in analytics data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — Payment processing and purchase verification
• Google Play Services — App distribution and billing

5. Permissions

We request access to your device's storage and photo library solely for the purpose of allowing you to add images to your entries and export data. These permissions are only used when you explicitly trigger these actions.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only data shared is necessary transaction information with RevenueCat and Google for processing purchases.

7. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete all your data at any time using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings. Uninstalling the app will also remove all locally stored data from your device. These actions are permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Children's Privacy

LoreBible is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Data Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and benefits from your device's built-in security features. We do not transmit your creative content over the internet, which eliminates the risk of interception during transmission.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
