By downloading, installing, or using LoreBible, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
LoreBible is a worldbuilding companion app that helps users record and organize fictional lore, characters, locations, creatures, magic systems, and more. The app offers both free and premium (Lorekeeper Pro) features, with all data stored locally on your device.
You retain all rights to the lore, characters, and worlds you create within the app. Your content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
Lorekeeper Pro is a monthly subscription that unlocks additional features. Payments are processed through Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Pro features include unlimited entries, 100+ premium stickers, additional themes (Midnight, Autumn, Ocean), export to PDF/JSON/text, and advanced search.
Pricing: $2.99 USD per month (pricing may vary by region).
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play > Subscriptions. Your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: All purchases are processed through Google Play. Refund requests must be made through Google Play according to their refund policies.
The free version of LoreBible includes access to core features with usage limits. These limits include a maximum of 10 entries, limited sticker uses, limited rerolls for World Sparks, and three themes (Dawn, Dusk, Ink). These limits may be adjusted from time to time.
You agree to use LoreBible only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
LoreBible is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or clearing of local storage.
Users are encouraged to use the Export feature to back up their data regularly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of LoreBible.
The LoreBible application, including its design, sticker artwork, themes, and functionality, is owned by Penwright Studio and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the app does not grant you any ownership rights to the application itself.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to LoreBible at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LoreBible shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
