By accessing or using LoreBible, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
LoreBible is a worldbuilding tool designed to help users record and organize fictional lore. The application provides local storage for creative content and optional premium features through a subscription service.
You retain all rights to the lore, characters, and worlds you create within the app. Your content is stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership over any of your user-generated content.
Certain features require a Pro subscription. Payments are processed via Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Pricing: Pro subscription is $2.99 USD per month (pricing may vary by region).
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You agree to use LoreBible only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
LoreBible is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or clearing of local storage. Users are encouraged to use the Export feature to back up their data regularly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of LoreBible.
The LoreBible application, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the app does not grant you any ownership rights to the application itself.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to LoreBible at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LoreBible shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
